We allow 3 banking days for you to complete the deposit. After paying, click here to fill out the bank transfer slip details* so we can confirm receipt of your payment and finalize your transaction.
*You can find these details on the Bank transfer slip dispensed from the ATM/CDM machine or on the online confirmation screen after payment.
What is your returns policy?

CONDITIONS ON RETURNS
In order for us to provide you with a credit note on your return, it must meet the following conditions:
1. Items must be received within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
2. Items must be received in its original condition - (unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging intact.)
3. Must be a full-priced item (We do not accept returns on sale items)
4. Return parcels must include the order number on the parcel
5.Due to hygiene concerns and distributors' policy, it is typically not in our practice to accept returns for SWIMWEAR, UNDERWEAR and EARRINGS
All our returns our processed within 3-5 business days. Once we have inspected the garment, we will then contact you via email to provide you with your credit note.
